Preparing a family meal for older and homeless friends

You can sign up now and choose to help in the following ways and times:

• 9am to 2pm: If you signup for this slot, you'll be able to help with unloading the delivery of the food we receive through our partners and set up the takeaway bags for the guests to pickup at the end of the event.
• 10am to 4pm: This slot will be for anyone who would like to help in the kitchen.
• 12noon to 4pm: If you'd like to prep the hall, please come at these times.
• 12noon to 7pm: You will prep the hall and be present for the service.

We really appreciate anyone who would like to help out to stick to the above slots as much as possible. Of course if you would like to do a combination of slots (for example, come at 9am and leave at 4pm) you can. Just signup for the earliest slot and let us know once you arrive that you can stay later.
