London Eyes: a poetry-full fundraising gala
Time & Location
About the Event
Have you ever seen someone with different eyes?
Maybe a homeless, older man or someone from another country?
Join us for this special evening of friendship in diversity with the community of Sant’Egidio.
The event will take place at ‘Bellavita Academy’, one of the nicest venues of London. There will be the opportunity for you to taste amazing freshly made Italian style aperitivo snacks with beer, followed by a unique fashion show accompanied by a poetry reading in many languages.
All outfits and clothes used for the fashion show, donated from Italian renowned boutiques, will then be auctioned, so you will have the chance to donate to our all-volunteers charity befriending homeless and older people around London.
There will also be the opportunity to get to know more about Sant'Egidio and its mission to fighting loneliness in the city and in the world and maybe (why not)...get involved.
It is surely an unmissable event to share in good company, music and food.
All whilst donating to charity!
